You can return items purchased online up to 30 days after purchase. We are happy to accept returns of any of our items provided they arrive with us as new, ie unused and in saleable condition, within the original packaging, including all the original tags.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resaleable.
For hygiene reasons, children’s underwear cannot be returned.
Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you buy the wrong size or item, please return the goods to us and then re-purchase the new item.
How To Return
For the convenience of our customers, purchases from our website can be returned to us in store or via post – just bring in your proof of purchase.
If you choose to post your items back to us, please carefully package up the product so that it is protected during transit, and provide a copy of your receipt.

We accept no responsibility for damage to items after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Refunds will be made to you within two weeks of our receipt of your returned item(s).
By law, the refund can only be credited to the original payment method.
Damaged/ Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that one of our products have been received by you in a damaged or faulty condition, we will provide you with an exchange or refund as required.
